Meatloaf

I used to hate meatloaf. Probably because of the cold ketchup that was served with it. Cold ketchup and hot meatloaf makes me very cranky. Also, it was always a 'straight' beef-loaf. I've since learned any meat can be made into a loaf.

I like the 1/2 pork, 1/2 sirloin combo myself. I serve with brown gravy, not cold ketchup. Ew. Deep fried okra on the side tonight. Mmm-good.
