Just have to post a picture of this!

My creamy beer based bacon macaroni and cheese! Only difference between this and my other recipe posted on this blog is I used elbow macaroni and I didn't top with breadcrumb. This time I topped with more cheese and bacon. I find this way it keeps it a bit creamier :-)

  1. Try adding a lil organge puree to sneak in veggies to dinner for the family! We love the sneaky chef books! Organe puree is steamed acron squash, sweet potato and organic carrots, usually two. I freeze it in baby food cube trays to save it for beanies and weanies night, add it to ketchup, to spaghetti, or anything with red sauce. YOu can hide TONS OF veggies in mac and cheese. I even sprinkle on Golden Milled flaxseed to give more OMEGA 3s in our diets.
