Goat cheese and steak white pizza

We made it, it twas delicious!

Ingredients
Flank steak
goat cheese
minced garlic
olive oil
red wine vinegar
shredded mozzarella cheese
roma or sun dried tomatoes
Red Pepper Flakes
(Seasonings)
Grated Parmesan cheese
pizza crust
(All ingredients are 'eye-balled', add as much or as little as you like, for the crust I use Bobby Flay's recipe)

Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees

Make your own pizza crust or purchase a dough ball, the kind you roll out, not that Boboli crap...1 hour before, thinly slice your steak and marinate in red wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, *optional red pepper flakes*. In a separate bowl, thinly slice and marinate the tomatoes using the same marinate recipe.

For the sauce of the pizza, combine olive oil, red pepper flakes and grated parm cheese, brush onto the pizza crust. Using a skillet high heat, sear the flank steaks for about 30 seconds on each side. Add the steaks and marinated tomatoes to the pizza. Break off chunks of goat cheese and add to the pizza. Top entire pizza with a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 minutes. For extra crispy top, broil on high for 1 minute.

Enjoy!
